How it happens
Your Impression kit will be sent out when we receive your order. If you could scan and email or post back the impressions in the pre-paid envelope, we will start work on your order on receipt of useable prints.
The prints are taken using an easy no mess print kit which is included with every order. If you have prints from a previous Joy Impressions order or existing prints we can also use these.
Your items will be posted within 15 working days
