How it happens

Your Impression kit will be sent out when we receive your order. If you could scan and email or post back the impressions in the pre-paid envelope, we will start work on your order on receipt of useable prints. 

The prints are taken using an easy no mess print kit which is included with every order.  If you have prints from a previous Joy Impressions order or existing prints we can also use these.

Your items will be posted within 15 working days

Love my bangle

So happy with my beautiful bangle. I ordered two charms, one for each of my sons. So pleased I ordered from Joy impressions, so professional. Print kit arrived in the post very quickly after ordering and bangle was here a few days after returning the prints. Very prompt at replying to questions etc. I think I will be making an order again soon!
