An order form is posted out with the print kits for all the personalised details you wish to have on your piece.

How it happens

Your Impression kit will be sent out when we receive your order. 

Once you have taken the prints please take a photo ( taken directly above the prints) and either message or email these back to me.  Once I receive the prints I will be able to start on your order.  The added bonus is you get to keep the originals :-)

The prints are taken using an easy no mess print kit which is included with every order.  If you have prints from a previous Joy Impressions order or existing prints we can also use these.

Your items will be posted within 15 working days.  This can take longer in busier periods such as the run up to Christmas.
